  • Birth Doula

    Provide emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, labor, and birth.

    Virtual support via text or phone is available 24/7 after signing of your contract. 3 prenatal visits so we can get to know each other, build your birth plan, do a crash course in childbirth ed, dive into your labor & birth preferences, the 3rd stage, touch on the postpartum period, and go over some newborn care/infant feeding/baby preferences for once they’re born.

    Continuous in-person support during labor & delivery, and a PP follow-up visit within the first few days of birth is also included in the birth doula package.

    Births supported: Home, birth center, hospital, VBAC, and Cesarean.

  • Postpartum Doula

    Provide emotional, physical, and informational support during the postpartum period.

    Assistance with newborn care like feeding, burping, soothing, bathing, swaddling, teaching you baby’s hunger & sleep cues, etc.

    Caring for baby and meeting their needs while you get some much needed rest, nap, or do some self-care during the day. Or, while you get some much needed sleep during the night. Baby can be bottle fed expressed breast milk or formula, or brought to you if you’re exclusively breastfeeding.

    Customized to meet the unique needs of your family.

    Household support with light tasks such as food prep, folding baby laundry, organizing baby’s space, washing/sterilizing bottles, etc.

    Daytime and overnight options.

  • Placenta Encapsulation

    Consuming your placenta after birth can potentially help with nutrient replenishment, increased energy, hormonal balance, improved milk production, and pain relief.

    Encapsulation can also contribute to a quicker recovery by helping the uterus return to its pre-pregnancy state, and reduce your risk of postpartum depression/baby blues.

    You have the option of adding placenta encapsulation on to your birth doula package, as well as booking separately.

  • Sleep Coach

    Dubbed as “The Sleep Whisperer”, I’ve been helping families and caregivers navigate sleep challenges with their little ones for over two decades.

    I provide guidance, support, and personalized strategies to help improve your child’s sleep habits and routines. I assess sleep patterns, offer recommendations tailored to your family's needs, and help you implement changes to promote healthier sleep habits. We will address issues like night wakings, difficulty falling asleep, or inconsistent nap schedules. With my expertise and years of experience, I will empower you with the knowledge and tools to help your baby sleep more peacefully through the night. 😊🌙
